These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the SuperDJ software, services, and website (collectively, the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

  1. Who We Are

SuperDJ is a service provided by SuperDJ LLC, a Pennsylvania, United States of America company. We offer AI-powered DJ software that adapts to your environment and can optimize audience engagement and venue performance.

  1. Eligibility

To use SuperDJ, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old.

• Use the Service only for lawful purposes.

• Have the authority to bind your organization (if signing up on behalf of a business).

  1. Your Account

You may need to create an account to access certain features. You’re responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately if you believe your account has been compromised.

  1. Use of the Service

You agree to use SuperDJ only as intended:

• You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or modify the software.

• You may not use SuperDJ for unlawful or harmful purposes.

• You may not use the Service to infringe on any third-party rights, including music licensing requirements (see Section 8).

  1. Subscription & Payment

Access to certain features may require a paid subscription. You agree to pay all fees and applicable taxes. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled prior to the renewal date.

  1. AI Interaction and Personalization

SuperDJ uses AI to adapt music selection and experience in real time. Some features may involve reinforcement learning or analysis of venue data (e.g. POS systems, crowd activity). By using these features, you consent to such use of data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

  1. POS and Venue Data

If you choose to integrate your POS system or other third-party tools with SuperDJ:

• You represent you have the right to share this data.

• SuperDJ may use this data to optimize performance and improve outcomes (e.g., sales).

  1. Music Licensing

SuperDJ does not provide music licensing. You are responsible for securing the appropriate licenses (e.g., ASCAP, BMI, SESAC, PRS, etc.) to publicly play music in your venue or event. We may integrate with licensed streaming platforms, but ultimate responsibility rests with you.

  1. Intellectual Property

All SuperDJ software, branding, and underlying technology are owned by SuperDJ LLC or its licensors. You may not use our trademarks or content without permission.

  1. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if:

• You breach these Terms,

• You misuse the Service,

• Or as required by law.

You may cancel your account at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the Service stops immediately.

  1. Disclaimers

SuperDJ is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, nor do we warrant that AI decisions will always be accurate or suitable for your venue.

  1. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SuperDJ is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages — including lost profits or data — even if we’ve been advised of the possibility.

  1. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold SuperDJ harmless from any claims, damages, or losses arising from your use of the Service or your violation of these Terms.

  1. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms occasionally. We'll notify you of significant changes, and your continued use of the Service means you accept the new Terms.

  1. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, United States of America. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, and you hereby consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of such courts.
